Why do listings change or disappear?
Property availability changes as listings are added, updated, conditionally sold, sold, rented or archived. The app is designed to display the latest information available from Atiilu.
How do I save a property?
Open a property and select the save control. Saved properties remain available in the app unless you remove them or clear the app data from your device.
How do I receive property alerts?
Open Alerts and choose the notifications you would like to receive. Your device may also ask you to approve notification permissions.
Are calculator results financial advice?
No. Calculator results are estimates for planning purposes only. Mortgage approvals, rates, expenses, taxes and investment results should be confirmed with qualified professionals.
How do Trusted Professional introductions work?
Submit a referral request through the app. Atiilu will review it and, where appropriate, arrange a warm introduction to a trusted professional.
