Atiilu Real Estate & Property Management respects your privacy. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide the app, respond to requests and improve the experience.
Information the app may handle
The app may handle property search preferences, saved-property selections, notification preferences, referral or inquiry details you choose to submit, and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Saved favourites and certain preferences may be stored locally on your device.
When you contact Atiilu, request an introduction or subscribe to an alert, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, preferred property criteria and the content of your request.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide listings and app features, respond to questions, arrange requested introductions, deliver alerts you have enabled, maintain security, troubleshoot problems and understand whether the app is operating properly.
Atiilu does not sell personal information. Information is not used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis or your consent.
Service providers and external services
The app may rely on service providers that support hosting, maps, email delivery, push notifications, app distribution and technical operation. These providers may process limited information as necessary to deliver their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Links to websites, mapping services or professional resources may open outside the app. Atiilu is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

You can disable push notifications through the app or your device settings, remove saved properties, choose not to submit optional forms, and request access to or correction of personal information held by Atiilu, subject to applicable law.
Children
The app is intended for general real estate information and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
