Mortgage & Real Estate Document Signing

$200 + GST

For mortgage, refinancing, purchase or sale documents prepared and supplied by the client’s lawyer.

  • Printing and organizing the document package
  • Meeting the client and verifying identification
  • Witnessing or notarizing required signatures
  • Scanning and securely returning completed documents by email
  • Reasonable coordination with the instructing lawyer
Original documents may be returned by Canadian North cargo, sent collect.
02Notary services

General Notarization

$100 + GST

For a document that is complete, prepared and ready to be signed.

  • Affidavits and statutory declarations
  • Sworn statements and government forms
  • Insurance or employment documents
  • Signature witnessing and invitation letters
Includes one appointment, one signer and one document. Additional documents or signers can be quoted in advance.

Certified True Copies

$100 + GST

Certification of copies against original identification or documents presented at the appointment.

  • Corporate, government or immigration records
The base appointment includes up to five pages or copies completed together.
04Notary services

Child Travel Consent Notarization

$100 + GST

Witnessing and notarization of a completed consent letter for a child travelling without one or both parents or guardians.

  • Identity verification
  • Witnessing the parent or guardian’s signature
  • Notarial execution of the completed consent letter
Bring the completed consent letter and valid government-issued photo identification.
05Document support

Travel Consent Preparation & Notarization

$150 + GST

Administrative help completing the Government of Canada consent-letter template, followed by witnessing and notarization.

Identity or Signature Verification

For identity verification, proof-of-life forms, pension documents, professional registrations and similar third-party requirements.

The requesting organization’s form or instructions must be supplied before or at the appointment.

Pickup from the City of Iqaluit and delivery to Canadian North cargo.
